Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
One stiff morning. My left hip is back to hurting and being annoying. I slowed down my run almost to a recovery pace because of that and my legs are fatigued from yesterday. Surprisingly, I’m not sore at all after all those 400s just tired. I just went out and ran today, ended up running about 24 sec. slower on each mile than normal. Since I was limping most the run I am really happy with this.
