rough threshold workout

Comments:
tough workout, I felt very heavy and tired from yesterday plus i didnt take my inhaler today and my breathing was bad. Mentally hard workout, but i think pulling through was very good. we did 3 miles warm up, 6 separate threshold miles, and then 1.4 mile cooldown with john and Jared.
