Comments:
Easy run up Fairmount to Eaton and back. Grass magnet to the extreme!! As in over 90% grass. Just cross walks on pavement. I stay on the median when I run on Fairmount, and it's nice and soft the entire way :)
6 by striders fast on VanHorn field, after talking to Coach Barnes about how much my form is improving. He says it's going to make me faster. I'll believe it when I see it, although that sounds great to me! I can definitely feel a huge difference when I'm running.
NO PAIN. Not even any localized tightness. Just general. Tempo on the anti-gravity treadmill in the morning.
