Comments:
Sort of a tempo run. Started out slow then gradually picked up the pace. By the start of the 2nd mile I was moving pretty good. I thought I could have a really strong 3rd mile as well but things didn't go well. Third mile was very tough I was hot and dehyrdrated I wanted to stop and walk but I kept on tryin to focus on good turnover and good form.
