Comments:
tempo. coach wanted to be careful after the weekend so i just hung back with the second group and did their tempo. the whole thing felt pretty easy xcept for the last mile. the last mile felt harder than it needed to be, and i just wanted to be done. the 300's felt really smooth and i felt fast again for the first time in a while. i need to get into these interval workouts because these are my bread and butter.
