Plank day--I should do those more often. I had a more discursive debrief from Anthony about yesterday's meet. He said that Zeke and I could've gone out in a more controlled manner, but it was a "good workout" and we should not read into the times. I felt a little sluggish, but that'll happen after so much training. Right now, I am very tired and need some extra sleep to boost my morale for Saturday. Hopefully I will be ready to race.
