Today was interesting…. the pain in my left hip I felt Tuesday and yesterday did not go away… that was annoying. Actually had a pretty good workout considering though.

Running through my hip pain isn’t actually that big of a deal. It’s uncomfortable and causes me to limp which sucks but the pain isn’t unbearable. What doesn’t work is that because I’m limping I’m stressing my right hip out and causing back pain. I’m really hoping I wake up and am fine though, I hate the stiff feeling of not running. Iced my left hip and the part of my back that hurts though. Hopefully that works along with the stretching I did!
