Comments:
Ran over to the park and did 7 of a loop thats about 1150 meters maybe even a 1200. Just gonna call it a .71, each one was about 4:20-4:25 and we werent suppsoed to be going all out. 6th one went 4:08, last one went 4:06. Mile back to school, really really tired and sore after this.
