Comments:
I was a bit nervous at first for this workout but made peace with it last night. It turned out to be easier than I expected. First one was very smooth and I felt easy as I drafted on Tom. The second was about the same but I had to work a little more. The last one I did the same thing, drafting Tom for 700 and then took off. I made sure I stayed smooth and I kicked a little but I felt good cruising in and was happy with the 4:31. Good workout on the track
