Comments:
Kept up a really quick pace, but my knee was in a ton of pain afterwards, and hurt every time I bent it, starting around the 3 minute set, but was much worse after the run. Getting back was very painful, as was walking around afterwards. But the workout was very good and I think we learned a lot.
