Comments:
I was hoping to break 20 minutes this morning but feel short by 22 seconds. This is however my best AM workout to date. The biggest problem I have in morning workouts is getting a good stride. I just don't seem to have the range of motion in the AM that I do in the PM. I even did a little extra warmup and streatching!
