Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I felt much better about the race today. I was only behind Brian and Ben which was good. The first mile I was in 6th on the team and then I started to move up and I ran the middle mile well. Next week will be another opportunity to run a fast time with the guys off at Manhattan. Obviously today was slow time wise because of the mud and hills but I thought I ran a better race then I have in awhile. It wasn't perfect but I could feel traces of myself from track in this race. Overall, though I was happy with my race but I know I can run faster.
