Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This was not good. I was so slow, like really slow, and behind everyone I usually run with. I felt dead and I don't know why and it was very discouraging. Also my nose was really runny. And I was not focused at all on what was going on. Mike Vaughn told me to not be sad and walked with me in the sun and asked me about my summer and nursing and I remembered how wonderful the alumni are. I just really liked seeing them.
