Well this wasn't very good.
The workout was as follows: put 15 runners on the fields. Set temperature at 80 degrees. Have them run 3 minutes at A4 pace and then jog 90 seconds slow to recover respiration and people. Repeat 7 more times.
The problem is that I found a lot of difficulty in getting oxygen to my arms and legs. I generally have one overarching rule with cardiovascular issues: If your ears close themselves off and all you can hear is the sound of your own panting, there's something wrong. That's what happened to me on the fifth interval. So I did the next intervals at a slow, steady pace to avoid passing out. Yeah, pretty lame day.
Afterwards, I got my groove back pretty good. Ran a fast, long cooldown with Nat and Sam for two fields repetitions.
