Comments:
It was cold and I covered up my gps. I ran from 83rd to 95th along the major taylor trail. It was a fine run. I am a little sore from pounding. I'm more aware of what is causing my leg pain in my left leg, though I am not totally sure how to stop pronating so heavily.
