Weather: cool, chilly

Comments:
4 time champ! First mile I felt fast, went out hard by myself in 5:40, second mile was 5:17, felt pretty strong, like I could have went harder if I needed too. Still dry heaving at the same damn spot on the course every time. This time it happend 3 times, had to slow jog for about 50 meters before I could recompose myself. Finished strong. Oh, and did I mention this was my fastest 5k since graduation? Think I'll be back in the 15's again soon.
