Comments:
Today I had a meet at Olympian Fields on the Rich Central High school grounds. I ran a three mile race at 19:12, a PR. The night before for dinner I had a pasta dish, had 8 hours of sleep, and had a plain bagel and granola bar 2 hours before the race. During the race, I felt no new injuries or pains and ran relatively well. My goal, to break 19 minutes, was not beaten however. I plan to break it hopefully next race.
