mile repeats

Comments:
these went very very well. no pain whatsoever. 4 by 6 min intervals meant to be a mile. I say this went well because they were much closer to a mile than I thought they were! paces ended up being somewhere near 6:05, 6:00, 5:55, 6:00. The third one felt amazing :) was really excited that this went so well.
