Decided to run the I Park loop at night b/c it was really hot today. My legs and cardio are better than expected so overall it was a good easy run. However, I ate Pizza Hut 2.5 hrs before starting, and it wasn't enough time. Less than 100m in I had a stomach cramp that plagued me almost the entire way, and I had pretty bad heartburn at certain points. Actually timed this run, but I didn't look at my watch the whole time to ensure that I would go slow.
