Exercise Type: Run
Weather: warm, with a nice ocean breeze
Comments:
Had a really strong pace for the first half, but later felt tension in my knee and slowed down, and cut out about 1.5 miles from the run to be safe. I mistepped and mildly twisted my ankle, but with icing that will be fine. Probably should have gone out easier. Also, I think the time is slightly off, but I am not sure by how much. I was probably closer to a seven flat
