Comments:
Haven't logged in a long time. Typical Sunday workout. 15 minute warm-up, 2x3x30m hills, 2x3x30rep jump rope, 2x3x Stair hops, 4xOverhead squats, and then a 45 minute run. Seth, Paul, Nick, new walk on, and I set out at a fairly decent pace. Nick wasn't feeling so well so he dropped out at 15 minutes. The new walk on, just died. I mean he is a 2:10 800 runner, no Idea why coach let him try to walk on. So Seth Paul and I continued on. Usually Seth is way ahead of us, but today Paul and I stuck right with him. He didn't start increasing the gap until 1 mile left. I mean he is six years older than us. But this was my best run all year. So proud of my self. Got dinner at the cafe with Lauren and Lindsey afterwards. Oh and the new walk on got lost......oops
