Comments:
My week just keeps getting better with my workouts. I actually led every single 400 today. Because its a medium week they were all in 68-72, with the 200m jog recovery. But I usually only am able to lead like 1 in each set. But today I led the team in everything. Great confidence booster. I'm getting better for sure. Paul and I have had two great workouts in a row now. Seth just stuck behind me and ran next to me on every last 100, except the last one where he blew me away, like I said ...he's 24.
