Weather: Windy, Cloudy, 55 degrees

Comments:
Today the workout was supposed to be 2x5x200's in 1500 pace...aka 30-32, simple. Ran with the pro Randy, coach has been training him for awhile. 45 second 400 to put it in perspective. Nick didn't run today, tendonitis. But we still had a group of five cause the 400's joined us today. We took turns on leading in the wind. Ben 1st, Me 2nd, Paul 3rd, Seth 4th, and Randy 5th. The times were as follows

Shins were on fire afterwards, per usual. Cooled down inside on elliptical. Walk-on marcus didn't show today. Possibly a good sign!
