Comments:
Did a pyramidal workout. 4x200 at 35s, 2x400 at 71, 2x800 averaging 2:32, then a 12 at 3:54, then back down to 800s all the way to 4x200 all at same pace as on the way up. Last 200 was a 28, felt good. I fell in a ditch in the second 800 but was ok and my ankle was only a bit sore at the end. Did 8 min abs and hips with Jared
