Comments:
Warmup with J girls, cooldown with J girls. Workout alone. 12x400 at dream 3 mile pace, around 18:35. My pace was 92 and my fastest was 91 and my slowest was 93 so it went pretty well. I felt fine but heavy and slow during the 200-300 area. All out went average-ly. 89.
