Comments:
Left Calf was bugging me, during the mile as well slightly. Warmed up and it was tighter than even during the mile. Did the workout but was struggling; not necessarily due to the nagging calf but just mentally. After finished the first 800 on the way down I was stopped from finishing. Kinda drained me mentally. Felt pretty good due to a great meet and workout last week, and now I don't feel as confident. Hopefully it'll change before we leave Friday, or even previewing the course on Friday.
