Comments:
3x2313 (1 loop) with 45 sec rest, 1200, 4x400 @ 70. felt good today, best workout to date. wore flats, assigned time was 8:07 but ran 7:59, 7:51, 7:53. Fell apart on the 1200 my calves were really tired and cramping, hit 4:13. Ran the 400s fine.
