Weather: cold 50s. windy, sunny.

Comments:
ran warmup and workout alone, cooldown with sara and yoyooo. surprisingly this was an awesome workout. i was mentally out of it before the workout started and thought this was gunna be a shitty workout, but it was really good. my legs felt light and it just went my breathing was also good, i controlled it really well today :) yay! good day good day, but still sick. lots of phlegm...

i was a little too fast today but i stayed consistent.

goal: 8:32, splits: 8:20, 8:22.

extra: myrtle, heel toe, 100 ups, calf rehab.
