Comments:
1st 2 just kinf bullshitted, in 103 and 99 then started running around 94 and eventually got down to 89. Average was probably 96 cause there was another one (I think the 5th) where I ran like 100 again. Did 8 of them with a little recovery here and there and a whole lap recov after the 4th one. legs were pretty tired going into this for some reason. I think my splits went, 1:43, 3:26, 5:01, 6:32 then 1:42, 3:22, 5:17 then it was a 50 second run for the last interval which I just hit 300. the 6th one was a 600 so yeah it basically avergaes out haha. Can't remember if I did a cooldown or not..I think I did a partial alumni course.
