Double Hill Interval

Weather: High 60's and Breezy

Comments:
12 of the double hill intervals. 2 sets of 5 (with one double lapper in there) then last set was just 2 one lappers. First 2 were chill as usual, 60 and 2:05 for the 2 lapper). After that started running 50 and under for all the rest. The other two lapper was 2:01 I think. One of the intervals we had to go up the hill backwards so I ran 65 I think so basically just take off 15 seconds for normal time. I'm pretty sure this time is right on, it might be little off but certainly not by much.
