Today, I was mysteriously the only 800 guy working out for the most part. Got there....no Paul....no Seth....Nick was is in the trainers.....NO MARCUS! I warmed up by myself...an easy 2 miles in 12:05. Did my usual warm up....boom Paul shows up, thank god. He did his warm up and joined me for 2x30 jump rope, 2x3xstair hops,3x2xhurdle sprints, 2x3xjump rope run 2x3xzig-zag high knee run and 2x3x30m race simulators. Nick came up from Honami and said she is letting him run with us today...so we did a real easy loop, had to go easy for nick...and cause my shins are still hurting. Shin splints probably. After practice got wrapped up by Honami with ice. Got dinner at the Point, some good food.
