Comments:
worried about the shin, particularly bad today. i tried not doing as much myofascial release in the past few days, curious as to whether that might help. definitely not, it actually got worse (my faith in foam rolling has increased yet again). warm up to AU then down mass ave, most were doing soul crusher but i turned on 49th because of the shin. finished the workout with 25 mins of elliptical so that it wasn't so short. ice after
