10x800 on 800m loop. 2:27, 2:28, 2:28, 2:29, 2:29, 2:32, 2:34, 2:34, 2:35, 2:30. Extremely hard. Long rest. Goal time of 2:30-2:32. Decent workout but I should have done better.
