My foot is feelin good. My calf is the only thing that is bothering me. The elliptical workout was probably the most challenging one. I messed with the resistance and cross ramp and got a combination that worked me enough to quicken my heart rate. My calf doesn't hurt me when on elliptical but I usually notice when going up the stairs at Jones
