Weather: frozen warmup and cooldown; hot otherwise
Comments:
Why did this workout feel so hard? My legs felt kind of heavy but I don't know... My pace was 7:51. My first half mile was slow but I felt like I was sprinting. Picked it up too much and ended up at 7:40. I didn't want to slow doen so I kept the second more or less the same, 7:42. Decent workout just tired for no reason. Myrtle, 100-UP, H/T Walks.
