Comments:
This run was decent. The 400s were okay but the 1200 felt knid of hars. Pace was 1:40 for 400 and 5:09 for 1200. Felt fast for 1200 considering that my 1000s last week were 5:06. Decent workout overall. All out 200 was 39 or so. Back, Plank, Lunge.
