Easy Run at Dan Ryan Woods

Weather: Sunny, with a light wind

Comments:
I did a pretty easy 3 miles at Dan Ryan Woods/Major Taylor. I ran on the trail, went back towards the tracks, ran to the loop around DRW, got off, went along the grass, went half way up the grass hill along the trail, caught up with the pave trail, and then went back. I was tired from the week, and a bit sore, but I felt okay. I did not chi run, as I figured out that I was heavily dorsi-flexing my ankles and this was causing a lot of shin pain. A little tight on my left hip flexor, but overall, I feel pretty good. I think it was a good idea to run, because I am pretty worn out. Mile 9:17, Mile 2: 9:13; Mile 3 9:26
