ran alone today. felt good mentally but okay physically. the bottom of my right foot was aching sorta and my left achilles. gonna ice today. but yeah, decent run. breathing was okay. i was good controlling it again today. overall, good run. i was prety quick today but it didn't feel quick, i would be on for the first .5 but speed up somehow...

splits: 9:45, 9:38, 9:33, 9:36.

extra: back/plank, lunge, calf rehab.

cadence: 90, 89, 90.
