Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
Rode out to Seven Springs and got talked into doing some hills. My bike had no business on the loose gravel but I got through 5. Fell a couple times and had to unclip a couple more because of the loose stuff but all in all good. Rode back too, was in a good state and ignored a stiff headwind for a while but let it get to me and got pretty cranky the last 5 miles or so.
