Good run, had a friend on a bicycle lead me out for the first mile, wanted to start fast and then focus on good form and breathing for the rest of the run. I did good through the whole run it was the last 1/2 mile or so that i really got tired but I still focused on a good form. My friend actually got me lost a little bit and took me out of my why. He said that this other street had less traffic and would come out to the same spot...it didn't it tacked some distance onto the run. Not sure the actual mileage on the run but we are going to call it 5.50
