Today we had another day of drills. Only Paul Kilar and I were there at 330 so we set out for our warm up. 2 miles, the usual. Except we kinda took it a little fast on the way back. 6:45 out, 6:12 on the way back....whoops...Well on our way back, we saw Seth with marcus, Seth said it was the most awkward run ever. We all go together with the sprinters and did an hour of drills. Basically all of those that make my shin splints hurt. After that we did 2x30-60-90 hills and then a 3.1 mile cool down....We went out in 7 min pace....ended in sub 6...stupid Paul. After practice I iced my shins, raced up to shower before class, got dressed up, did my lab, and then got some good food at the steak house with Lauren, Lindsey, Sarah, Eddie, and Chris.
