Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Stonehenge run, plus 1 mile on the outdoor track.
I think I did everything to induce a terrible run: had a late lunch, ate a bagel an hour before running, and took a nap before practice. The running gods were pretty good to me today because I didn't cramp up, and felt fine besides being a bit bloated. No complaints!
Also, I finally calibrated my iPod. For 1 mile, it counted 0.92 miles - so, based on that ratio, maybe my 15-mile run on Saturday was actually more like a 16.3?
