Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cold as hell, pouring rain.

Comments:
warmup with the JV girls, sara, yoyo, danielle, and elexis, race alone, and cooldown with danielle. good race today! :) breathing wasn't too great by the end, and my legs felt so dead after a mile. WHOA. but it was good, pr'ed by 40ish seconds? :) the only negative were the boys in our race.. -__- one guy elbowed me in the neck cause he was like double my height, and by the bridge, some guy pushed me.. -___- ugh! but yeah, overall a good race. :) i think i went out a little too hard on the first mile cause there were just hella people and i didn't wanna get stuck behind all of them.. but i used my curves right and stayed on the outside :) my feet were also drenched cause i was running in the water the first 800 meters. but that didn't really affect me.
