Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Had a guy trip in front of me in the first 100, and lost a ton of momentum to not trample him and was left towards the back of the back, and it was hard to get back together. I think that if that doesn't happen, I could run a 5:20 instead of a 5:45, and assuming that I can keep up the same pace I did today, that puts me around 16:57. I'm stoked. And I honestly think that I was a little more conservative than I could/should have been, and feel that with a little smarter energy distribution and a better first mile, I can drop another 30 seconds easily.
