workout... supposed to hit 75's all the way around.

hard mile - 4:54 but it was probably faster because we had to move around people which made it .03 farther than a mile.

After the 800 i thought the workout was going to be really hard, but it wasn't terrible. It was definitely hard though. Pretty sore.
