Comments:
Did the workout alone at Gilman School around 6:30pm. 2x3000 @ 5k pace with 10 minute rest then 4x400 with 100m rest. My 5k PR pace is 5:20 albeit on a very fast course but I was going for something around there so 9:56 for 3000. I drifted from the pace in the middle laps of each, especially for the second one because I stopped checking my watch after each lap for the first mile. My last 3.5 laps of the second one were right on pace though. I finished strong each time and they didn't feel that hard so that means I probably should've run faster.
400s felt good, legs had good turnover.
10:07, 10:15, 65, 68, 69, 67.
Overall, happy with how I felt but not really the 3k times. Good 400s.
