Comments:
Drank way too much and slept way too little this week so my expectations were low. I decided to just go with an even 5:30 pace and keep it up as long as I could. Felt really easy and relaxed the whole way and had a lot left at the finish (maybe a little too much). I even managed to outsprint Carlos Jamieson at the end. Overall I'm pretty happy with the race. I got 9th in a solid field, ran pretty close to my pr on a very hilly course, and did it during a job training week.
