first time step VI
4 wu, 3 jog, 1' walk rest x4, CD, still feeling out of shape. Impact felt better than earlier this week on pavement. R calf 4/10 sore/tight. R knee 2/10 sore. Still working on form and cadence-not sure if it is helping.
