Weather: cool, 50s.

Comments:
warmup alone, workout and cooldown with abby. decent workout today. breathing was good overall but legs felt like jello. my hamstrings are so sore, and my shins felt like shit today. it felt really tight and i would need to stretch out after each 400. but overall a good workout. went too fast on the first one so we just stuck with that pace.

goal: 1:53-1:54, 8x400 splits: 1:44, 1:48, 1:42, 1:44, 1:45, 1:43, 1:46, 1:40.

4x100 strides.
