Today I ran for 32 minutes on the Olyptical machine because the pain in my leg from Saturday's cramp made me unable to have done today's workout with the other frosh/soph team members to the best of my ability. I stretched out the leg that has the cramp (my left one) many times and also used a roller-stick on it. It feels a bit better and I should be good tomorrow to do my workout. I had 8 hours of sleep last night and ate chili the night before.
